The idea for Paroikia began when we founded Sowers Harvest Cafe with a vision to make a positive impact on both our local community and around the world, through quality cuisine and coffee. This vision has since taken root and grown, and we are excited to bring you along on this journey. We believe that the journey of coffee—from farm to cup—is a communal endeavor, one that connects us with neighbors near and far.

Inspired by this vision, we began roasting our own beans, leading to the creation of "Paroikia Coffee & Tea." The name, inspired by the ancient Greek concept of "sojourning together" celebrates the interconnected efforts of everyone involved—from the farmer to the roaster—in crafting that perfect cup. Our mission is to provide a quality cup, whether coffee or tea, brought to you in a way that makes the world rejoice.
