The idea for Paroikia began when we founded Sowers Harvest Café with a vision to make a positive impact on both our local community and around the world, through quality cuisine and coffee.
This vision has since taken root and grown, and we are excited to bring you along on this journey.

The name, inspired by the ancient Greek concept of 'sojourning together,' celebrates the interconnected efforts of everyone involved—from the farmer to the roaster—in crafting that perfect cup.
